I decided to take today off-I feel really tired and unmotivated. Oh, and hungry too! I have to keep telling myself that I don't need to eat.

Weigh in today.

Ran 2 miles this morning. Slow paced-felt tired. Weight today = 286 lbs. 66 lbs to go! Target = 220 lbs. Still fine tuning my diet.
Ran 2 miles last night - Wednesday. Good run. Next week the pushups, pullups and ab work join the mix. Yeah!
